Welcome to Argyle, Bim!
There’s a new Canadian face at Home Park, and we couldn’t be more excited.
Bim Pepple has officially joined Plymouth Argyle, becoming only the third Canadian ever to don the green and white. Following in the footsteps of Jason Bent and Carlo Corazzin, Bim represents a new generation of Canadian talent making its mark on English football.
Though born in England, Pepple was raised in Calgary, Alberta, where his football journey truly began. It was on Canadian soil that he developed the skills, strength, and mindset that have taken him from the CPL to Europe—and now to the South West of England, where the Green Army is ready to welcome him with open arms.
For Canadian supporters, this is a proud moment. Jason Bent (a Toronto native) was a key part of the Argyle squad in the early 2000s, while Carlo Corazzin, born in New Westminster, British Columbia, had a storied EFL career that briefly included time in green. Now, Pepple joins this exclusive club—adding a new chapter to the shared story between Argyle and Canada.
We at ArgyleCanada.ca will be watching closely and cheering loudly.
Welcome to Argyle, Bim. The Green Arm-EG is behind you!
